How do I get my money?

If you have saved via the Vantik app (pink), you can easily withdraw your money in the Vantik app as before. Your fund units will then be sold and the equivalent amount paid out to your reference account within 10 days.

If you have saved with the Vantikcard app (black) by rounding up, please write from the Vantikcard app to Support that you want to have the rounded-up money paid out.

Please note:

The stock markets fluctuate and with them the value of your fund shares. At the moment, stock market prices have fallen sharply because of the war in Ukraine. If you sell now, you may make a loss.

If you cancel now, i.e. before the start of your pension, you will lose your entitlement to the cashback you have collected so far and the safety buffer.
