If you have a new phone you first need to couple it to your Vantikcard account. To do so, please download the Vantikcard app and log in with your phone number and password. We will guide you through the process. Should you also have a new phone number or cannot remember your account details, please contact our customer service via phone (030-200 042119, Mon - Fri between 09.00am and 06.00pm).
